The show is moving from Los Angeles to Vancouver, and Calista Flockhart doesn't want to move. She's still going to be involved, but her screentime is going to be reduced, and exactly how much she's going to be involved is yet to be seen.

And yes, they cast Ian Gomez as Snapper Carr, Kara's new boss.

That's actually his name in the comics, but...yeah. :)

His first name is actually Lucas, but 'Snapper' is the name he usually goes by. It's a reference to his character quirk - frequent snapping.
