I hope you can find some games that work for you.

I get dizzy from seeing motion, and it hurts to button mash, but I've found some games that I can play. Some days are better than others, so I'm not up to playing them all the time, but at least sometimes they work.

Various point and click adventure games, including:
-Gabriel Knight
-Monkey Island

Surprisingly, Star Wars: Knights of The Old Republic was playable for me too. There's more 3D motion, but it can be paused at any time.
