I ship Sisko/Jadzia, too (could get behind Sisko/Curzon, but he never really had enough scenes with Ezri). I'm honestly not sure why it's not a more popular ship. They have an incredibly interesting, complex relationship, they know each other so well, and they'd be super hot together.

But dude, how do you get around the Trill taboo regarding reassociation if you ship all-Dax/Sisko? If anything, Sisko believes in that Taboo even more strongly than Dax. I'm sorry, but it'd just be too OOC.
