Funnily enough, I've seen other people frame this as while they hate Kim, they enjoyed her takedown of Taylor.

Honestly, I don't care. I don't care about celebrity gossip at all, and this one is so stupid. Who cares. His song is awful, maybe she lied, they are all horrible people, lets focus on more important things.

? From what I heard he did check with her about the lyrics. Not about all of them, but about some of them. So she partially lied, partially didn't? I honestly don't know. That's just what I read. I really don't care.

I will say I didn't know the recording was illegal. That's not cool.

Swift made two specific claims (that she didn't hear the song, and that he didn't tell her about the 'made that bitch famous' line) neither of which was actually refuted by the video.

But, you know, people want an excuse to talk shit about Taylor so they're going to say what they want.

I do think that OP's prediction of Kimye being homeless is... Insane. It's a misdemeanor at best

It apparently isn't illegal. Kim and Kanye recorded it in New York, which apparently doesn't the consent of both parties. I assume they included the whole Nashville number thing to indicate that Taylor was in Tennessee, which is another state that doesn't need the consent of both parties to do a recording.

Not that it isn't skeevy to publish it, but it wasn't illegal for them to record it.

Taytay was in california. It's the victim's human rights that are being violated, it's her state's laws that will have to be observed.
