Ok, do I get an explanation or is it just "I don't like you so I'll delete your thread"

Also, how do you decide what to freeze and what to delete? Like if you think you can justify shutting something down it's frozen so everyone can see you doing your job, but if it's iffy you'll delete is so you can just say it was anything bad and no-one can contradict you?
