I love The Mummy, I love it a lot.

But I still think the second movie did Anck-Su-Namun and Imhotep dirty in the end. I like to rewrite it in my head: she runs to him, like Evie does Rick, but the ground breaks beneath them and they both fall.

In general, I do think the second movie is kind of a subpar rehash of the first.

But still, anyone who loves The Mummy is a friend to me pm, lol.
