CBT. Outside of fanfiction tags, it is almost exclusively used for Cognitive Behavior Therapy.

Perhaps in some pornoriffic fictional universe therapists WOULD prescribe CBT as a type of CBT.

For uhhhh...cultivating the capacity to delay one's immediate gratification for a better, later gratification, which is an important emotional skill to have? Or to develop the capacity to not go into a panic attack during prolonged discomfort/pain?
