I thought she tried to be a Jedi towards the end of the EU, post NJO. I thought she was paired up with Saba Sebatayne but it's been ages since I've read those books.

I liked her in the EU but I wish she had more of presence in TFA, or at least that we saw a bit ore of what transitioned between RotJ and TFA.
