They lost me with Shaggy's tattoos. I feel like that is a fundamental misunderstanding of Shaggy's character as it's a massive overestimation of his overall pain tolerance.

LOL, true.

I think the artist would just touch the needle to his skin and he'd bolt out of the chair and go noping off, never to return.

(I've got 9 tattoos, and while only the one that crossed my spine was really owholyfuckpainful, they all hurt to some degree or another.)
