Yeah I tried some, yeah I liked it, nah I wouldn't make it a lifestyle.

Stoners are no worse than drunks though, if you can tolerate a drunk then you can tolerate a stoner. It all depends on where you are encountering them. In a bar is fine, behind the wheel of a bus is not so much.

I tried it twice. I didn't like it either time.

If you want to smoke weed and make it your lifestyle, that's fine by me. As long as it's not affecting anyone else, or even worse, putting them in danger.

Don't care as long as they don't do it where I can smell it.

Smoked a couple of times. I can get motion sickness in a rocking chair, so the sort of dizzy/floaty feeling that weed gave me, made me have motion sickness (and a sick headache). Same for alcohol, though, so, not surprised and no, no plans to do it again unless i'm suddenly having to do chemo or something.

I don't care about stoners so long as their whole *life* does not revolve around weed. I know plenty of people who smoke daily, weekly, occasionally, and it's just a fun thing they do as they see a movie, have a dinner, a bonfire, a party, whatever, and the weed is just a way they feel relaxed and enjoy.

The ones that do nothing but sit around doing bong hits all day irritate me and I don't have any desire to hang out with them.

How do you feel about stoners?
The same way I feel about gamers, artists, sports fans, etc. Hobbies are great. If it's your whole identity--and if you can barely talk about anything else--you're probably a pain in the ass to be around.

ETA: I've smoked a decent handful of times, always with friends. I like it better that way. Being high alone for me is only fun when I'm in bed going to sleep.

I've smoked a shit ton of weed in my life, and if it was legal in my state (i.e. if I had access to it), I'd get high every day. It really helps with my anxiety. Without it, I have to take Xanax on a semi-regular basis.

No. I very rarely use any legal stuff, like alcohol, so I've never felt the need to touch illegal drugs on top of that.

The same as I feel about any other drug addicts or alcoholics: I avoid them.

I smoked a few times back in the 90s, both socially and medicinally. It made me paranoid, and the one time I tried it for a migraine it didn't really help any.

I'm fine with people smoking marijuana, as long as they are careful with where their smoke goes (I have one friend who is allergic to marijuana smoke and another who has asthma, so I'm very aware of the effects of secondhand smoke.)

People who smoke marijuana to excess, to the point where it effects their lives, I guess that's their choice? I just don't think it's a particularly good choice, but I don't judge them any more harshly than I would someone who was doing the same thing with alcohol.

Just don't drive while you're high. Fucking up your own life is one thing, fucking up someone else's life is Not Okay.

I haven't because I hate smoke and have no interest in smoking anything. I might have some brownies if that was ever an option.

I don't really have a problem with stoners. I have plenty of friends who smoke every day and I'll talk to them while they're smoking as long as they keep the smoke away from me.

Cannabis smoke is one of the things that irritates me enormously. So I'm not real fond of people who smoke.

I have a few times. Didn't like it. Don't use it. Find the smell repellent, as if someone had set a skunk on fire and then rubbed it vigorously in their unwashed armpit. Have reservations about it being frequently used, similar to the reservations I have about people getting constantly drunk and coming to rely on that for a good time/to feel good. Think it can be bad for young teens whose brains are still developing. Think it should be legal but controlled, like alcohol.

Stoners are annoying af if they are the kind that make everything in the world about weed, the kind that smoke around people who don't like smoking in general because they think their wanting to smoke takes precedence over others' comfort, and/or the kind that refuse to grasp that not everyone wants to share their hobby. If they don't do these things they're cool.

Stoners are harmless but I wish they'd shut up about pot.

I've been smoking since I was in high school. It's less harmful than alcohol IMHO.

Love it. Going to do some later tonight, chill, and listen to music and read a book. It makes me feel tranquil and relaxed, and takes away my nausea and lack of appetite.

I've smoked for decades, but these days I prefer ingesting it: the high is better, fuller, deeper, lasts longer, and is soothing/relaxing. I have a medical mj card for my state (CA). I do not drive when I'm high and I support being considerate of those who don't smoke pot, in that I smoke in my house or on my private porch and not in public places.

Stoners are chill people but like with any group, there are annoying members.

I want to get into weed to self medicate my extreme anxiety, but I am too anxious to actually buy weed cause it seems to involve talking to strangers.

Smoked it twice. Not first time was freaky in a cool way, second time--nada. Didn't get any effect from it all. I wouldn't seek it out to do it again, but might if the opportunity arose--right time/place.

I'm not sure if my best friend counts as a stoner or not. I do know she pretty much smokes pot every day (also smokes cigarettes and drinks til drunk several nights a week--but oh, no, she's not an alcoholic). When we're on the phone I can always tell when she's smoking pot--she coughs like she's trying to hack up a lung. I don't really agree with her life choices in regards to substances, but yanno, ain't my life and I'm not her mother (who has mentioned being concerned about my friend's drinking--and is naive enough to believe that there are a lot of skunks hanging out near her daughter's house.... lol)

In general, stoners can be stoners, it's their lives not mine.

I haven't, just because the one time in college I was in the room with others smoking it, it set off my hay fever something horrible. Of course, constant sneezing and having my eyes goop up was the funniest thing ever when everyone else was high. :p

I don't mind stoners as long as they are considerate. They fall under the same category as cigarette smokers to me. Doesn't matter if that's what you like. You do you. But please don't blow crap in my face/waft it into my apartment. That shit's not cool.

My dad is one of the original hippies and he passed the tradition of DUDE WEED LMAO onto me. I vape with him whenever I visit. I don't use enough at once or often enough to consider myself "a stoner", but my opinion of them is good.

I don't smoke, never have, hopefully will never have to (for pain management or nausea or whatever). I don't care if other people do so long as they avoid driving or other activities would endanger them or others. Also I hate the smell and it makes me even more nauseous than nicotine smoke, even the lingering smell if someone smokes a lot will make me sick in an enclosed space. And I had a paranoid schizophrenic parent; apparently pot and other psychotropic drugs might be a no-go for me anyway.

I haven't, no. As for stoners... *sigh* I find them very annoying, mostly because they're too stoned to realize how annoying they are. The ones I've met fully believe that they're behaving normally (or close enough to it) but honestly, their judgment is not the best. They have no idea that they're not anywhere as funny or brilliant as the weed makes them think they are, and they're also clueless about how OBSESSED they are with weed. They don't seem to know how boring and dumb it is to talk about it all the time, make 420 jokes or how tedious it is to be with someone who's really only interested in weed over everything else.

Which is why I don't smoke weed.

Hate stoners and get very easily ticked off around them because of bad personal experiences. (Same with drunk people but my tolerance for stoners is even lower.)

No, and likely never will--I can't STAND the smell. (I don't really know why, either! Tobacco smoke doesn't bother me nearly as much, or skunk even, but WEED... man, people say they smell the same, but NOT TO ME.)

I have had some VERY bad experiences with stoners, but I've also known some nice ones. I just have to accept it's one of those things I don't really understand and probably can not partake in. (My brain does so much weird stuff on its own, plus I'm on a couple meds, so I'm REALLY nervous about adding anything else to that cocktail. ESPECIALLY not something that might make me paranoid!)
