They're so amazing and fascinating in a deep existential way.

Think, even the most evil and awful person on earth has a belly button, proof that they were once an innocent adorable baby. Wow.

Kind of. Some people just have scaring or a tiny bump or indention there because of having to have abdominal surgery at birth.

My navel annoys me because ever since one of my stomach surgeries it has been very narrow but still pretty deep. I get sweat rashes in it every so often and have to pack it with something absorbent to dry it out.
