Spanking and verbal humiliation have gone well.

I've found that orgasm delay/denial doesn't work for me. I just don't get that desperate. When someone teases me about how they're going to stop and not let me come, I don't think my reaction is supposed to be a shrug and "okay, should we find something else to do then?" but that's the first thing that comes to mind.
