I dunno, depends on where you live? But in smaller communities, it's not unlikely someone might pass by or look through a window. I live in a big city, and I still bumped into teachers outside school hours on occasion.

It only takes one time, really - or trusting someone you should not trust, because people go insane about anything remotely related to paedophilia.

idk, I walk around my apartment naked most of the time and no one's ever seen me. It's not like I leave my windows open or anything

Personally I would be weirded out if someone was staring in a window long enough that they could read my shirt, since I presumably would not be just facing the window...
