What are you judging them for? Enjoying a popular series, talking with each other about that series, and wanting others to enjoy it?

Frankly, I judge the person who wastes time reading up on a series they don't follow so they can pretend to fit in with a group of people they don't seem to like.

Reading the secret, it's clear OP is saying she judges them for saying everyone would like Game of Thrones if they only gave it a chance. Seems like she's talking about fans who don't realize the series has faults or don't realize that not everyone likes the same things and hating it is just as legitimate as loving it.

I assumed for fandom evangelism? I met my share of pushy ASOIAF fans in the past. I still remember how annoyed I was by that one who was like "but I thought you had taste, how can you not appreciate this wonderful thing?".
