I know it's something specific - I don't think it's something officially out in English. I'm a long-time attendee at the UK's longest-running anime and manga con, and it's a small con which does a pretty lucrative charity auction every year. They usually auction a bunch of merch from Akihabara and Comiket, depending on which committee member's been able to get out to Japan recently - last year I became the proud owner of a completely hideous softcore yaoi Attack on Titan calendar, which the committee purchaser excitedly told me she'd bought from a pair of Erwin and Levi cosplayers who looked really pleased with themselves. Anyway, where I'm going with this is that I distinctly remember them auctioning off this shirt a couple of years ago, and mentioning that it was merch for such-and-such a manga, and that anybody who offered to pay money for it was going to hell. It went for about £60 IIRC. All goes to the British Heart Foundation, since a committee member passed away from a heart condition some years ago.
