Okay, then it sounds like she's trying to do that, just not very well? Are you assertive enough to bring it up and say this isn't really helping as constructive criticism (and maybe offer info on what would be useful)?

I can probably figure out a way, yes. She's very nice, so I'm not sure she realizes it's getting a little old.

I'm honestly not trying to be mean here but do you think it's possible that from her viewpoint, your regularly occurring screw ups are "getting a little old", too?
