As I said above, I don't think in my case it's lack of normalization or an issue with breasts. It IS the actual breastfeeding that sort of makes me uncomfortable on a visceral level. I'm also uncomfortable with pregnancies, to some extent, especially if people discuss the physical aspects.

I haven't really found a *good* way to deal with it. Honestly I hope my friends don't hold it against me if I walk out on breastfeeding, or pregnancy discussion, or diaper changes. It's just that the alternative to it is me being really unpleasant company.

On a logical level I know it's totally normal, and part of human biology and life. On an emotional level, my brain just goes nope. I just realize now that is is my problem.
