One example means "not necessarily" most? I didn't say "all".

Yeah I knew one girl in high school with natural blond hair and dark eyebrows too, but the overwhelming majority of people with blond hair and dark eyebrows've dyed it. Most natural blond(e)s' eyebrows are almost white.

Honestly, I don't know about that. My understanding is many people's eyebrows are at least a bit darker than their natural hair. But either way, it does exist. So I don't see a problem with fictional characters in movies/tv having something that does exist in the real world, rare or not.

I don't have a problem with it either, unless it looks really fake and terrible (Cersei's wig's not too bad, but Tyrion's dye job is wretched). The new Constantine was shitty to the point of distraction. With a professional makeup crew you'd think you could do a better job. Obviously you want to cast the best person for the role, but still.

Since such a small minority of the population is naturally blond, the vast majority of blond people we see on a daily basis have dye jobs, which really skews the perception of what a "blond" person looks like. I've seen people try to guess whether or not someone was "really" a blond... when that person had dark roots. Like lol dude for real what.

That really depends on what shade of blond they are, though? I'm naturally ash blond and my eyebrows are a tad darker than my hair colour, but still clearly blond. People with paler blond hair than me are more likely to have paler eyebrows, but we're all still blonds.
