Actually, sex fantasies I can totally do. But that's fantasy with a short term goal and seems different from the kind of daydreams other people have.

Plotting out a long story arch that you see in the final product posted online can involve a lot of work.

I think a lot of people start of with just the short term things and then have to work more actively at stringing it together. So you're probably not too far off the norm if you got that down.
