Now I'm curious whether people who like mpreg are more into the pregnancy, childbirth, and child-care thing, or the impregnation itself as a kink. The mpreg fics I've read often skew far toward one or the other. The former for fluff, the latter for smut, very predominant breeding fixation in the omegaverse fic.

Mpreg fans, any thoughts?

The first for me. I like fluff and kidfics. So I'll take any kind of kid fics. Mpreg, adoption, secret kid one person didn't know about, surrogacy, etc.

Have you ever read a fic that has both? Every mpreg story I've read focuses on one or the other iirc. It's either fluff and partners shopping for curtains with kids or loads of semen in asses and how someone is going to get pregnant with the kids as a fluffy epilogue if even that. It's pretty interesting now that I'm thinking about it.

Yes in the Teen Wolf fandom. Can't really think of any off the top of my head. I tend to gloss over those sex scene because impregnation kink is often paired with feminization (and humiliation) which is a squick of mine.

Huh, interesting. Have you ever seen impregnation kink without feminization? I'm trying to figure how that works but pregnancy is already such a female-coded thing
