I've said before that I should watch this, but never did. I think it's on Netflix? (I might even have added it to my queue... It's been a long time since I've used Netflix.)

Anyway, it sounds like a cool show, and if nothing else one could do worse than “lots of female characters wearing gorgeous clothing while being boss". I happen to like some cheese in my television, as long as there's plenty of shiny and entertainment to go along with it.
