I don't agree with those people either, I mean, it's still playable. And fun. It just seems dumb to me that Niantic's response to a glitch in their system was to a. get rid of that aspect of their system entirely and b. simultaneously take down an outside, independently-run program that was helping people have fun with the game and also make up for the lack of functionality in aforementioned system

I'm still playing the game though
