Have you tried calling customer support? Both for the game and for the computer?

There is no customer support anymore :')

Because it was the PC version, I couldn't return it (because it has DLC). The studio that made it is now closed. Windows Live is defunct (1 year after the game came out) and has no support. You need Windows Live to play. Even though it was a shitty, badly ported, boring, dull and uninspired version of Fable 3 - I would like to have access to it.

Ergo, expensive POS paperweight. And now I pirate big brand games before I even consider buying.
