The thing about it is he worked out how to walk like that as a kitten, before his owners caught him (he was born in a stray colony) and got home settled into home life.

There's another cat who Tigerpixie took in after him, named Mika. Mika is a ginger who has parts of his back legs, but not all of them. He seems to have worked out the same way of walking - lifting his whole back end off the ground and balancing on his front legs.

Cats are truly amazing animals. I feel for the poor things, not having some of their legs, but damn, that's pretty impressive.

I'm also glad that they found homes and people to take care of them :).
