I heard fandom freaking out about that but I didn't hear it from anywhere else and checked it out pretty much from the get go, because hey Lucy Liu solving crime with that dude from Dracula 2000, this could be good for a laugh. Plus I kind of like checking out Sherlock Holmes adaptations even if I'm not a massive nerd over the lore.

And I ended up really liking it so it was a win.
