Never seen this quote but just wanted to pop up and say I agree with you 100%

I don't butt in on conversations where women talk about how they struggle to overcome this and its effect on their self image and sex lives etc but it's 100% not a thing I deal with!!!! It's irritating as fuck when people try and act like it's universal.
As far as I can tell the secret is to be under-socialized as a child and read A LOT while growing up in a very non-traditional family structure.
