Top of the Lake! The first season didn't get nearly as much love as it deserved and I was ecstatic when they announced season 2. Dunno if we'll see it this or next year. It's a detective/mystery drama for masochists.

Queen Sugar
I have high hopes for this one but not much is known at present. It stars Rutina Wesley (Tara from True Blood).

Luke Cage
I disliked DareDevil but loved Jessica Jones, so idk what to expect. I really liked Cage's character in JJ so I'm hoping for the best.

Top of the Lake had great acting but it was fucking depressing. I don't think I'm up for season two for that reason.
