I am very very verrrrry bad at saying no to people, especially in work settings. I've been at this place almost nine years and I am gradually getting better at putting my foot down, but I often feel like unless I have a super good reason (and to my brain, not wanting to isn't often a valid reason) I feel like I should say yes. :/

Well take this as us validating you that this is something you have a good reason to say no to - and its not that you just don't want to its that your coworker is being unfair and using you, and needs to know she can't do that to people.

Beyond you simply not wanting that situation, I'm pretty sure whatever HR department your employer has would incredibly frown on that arrangement, if that helps your resolve any.
