It was!
It is, damnit, it can't be cancelled forever, it must happen again one way or another next year.
The city-wide yard sale, the mussels-and-fries and the street food, hunting for second-hand books and collectible toys and whatever items you may fancy with a group of friends, exploring parts of the city you seldom visit the rest of the year... I can't believe they would shut that down!

Yeah, that sucks... Right now I'm wondering about the tourists; all the people coming from other parts of France, from Belgium, England, Germany etc and had to make arrangements in advance with vacation time, travel and lodging accommodations and the like: what are they going to do now?
