(Anonymous) 2016-08-06 12:49 am (UTC)(link)Fox has the rights to every single character that's ever been an X-man, X-man villain, or a 'Mutant'. Along with the Fantastic Four and their villains.
There's only a couple characters that are 'shared' like Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch.
Including Quicksilver in DoFP was a specific move to spite Marvel.

I'm pretty sure that the comic versions of Deathlok (well, one of the Deathloks) and Spider-Man were both employed by the Jean Grey School at one time. Maybe someone should tell Fox about that. XD
