Spoilers ahoy, obviously.

In Transamerica a guy puts the moves on his mother (MtF trans), only to find out she's his father. They never have sex tho, but the guy is definitely sexually attracted to his mom until he finds out.

August Osage County has a couple who are very much in love and are planning to elope, but one of them finds out they're half-siblings. Everyone except the couple already knows. It's implied they go through with the plan anyway, but it's unclear if the other sibling will ever find out the truth.

Curse of Golden Flower: the main couple are actually siblings.

In the extended cut of Wild Things, turns out the lesbians are actually aunt and niece. The latter doesn't know.

Tolkien's Silmarillion features a brother-sister couple. They get married and she gets pregnant before they find out.

In GOT (s2e2, might be in the books too) Theon gets handsy with his sister. She knows, he doesn't.

There's also this really bad Sherlock Holmes book called Sherlock in Love. He falls in love with a Mary Sue, turns out they're siblings, he *still* tries to pursue a relationship to the girl's disgust. It gets so bad she has to fake her own death.

In True Blood, Bill the vampire unknowingly sleeps with his great-granddaughter and is grossed out upon finding out.

Green Wing (an excellent series btw) one guy sleeps with his mother. Neither knows until after.

Re: August Osage County, they believe themselves to be cousins (and have known that they're cousins since birth) only for the one to be told that they're actually half-siblings.
