Unless the statement is different that the link, it's a different sentiment than what you have in the secret. He said exploitation is something natural- BUT - people should not kill or oppress anyone to do it. Which is way different. It's still about being an opportunist, and god knows Barks was by no means a saint, but it's not the same matter is "kick down the poor to get rich" that you think it is. And Scrooge's character is all about being an opportunist, not stealing or exploiting from the poor like the Ebeneezer of his namesake.
