It's a bit easier with someone's help I find. :P

There's a gym near where I live that has a block of flats on either side, I am very jealous of the people that live there and I wouldn't be surprised if the person that holds the gym lives in one of those flats(there's also a Pokestop on the other side of the road from it too, lucky placement man).

I tend to do the same thing for egg-hatching tbh.
