I can only see Sam as a top. He tops Dean, or Castiel.

Castiel is a top, unless he's with Dean.

Ah, yes, I mistyped. That should say unless he's with Dean or Sam. I really don't see Cas (except VERY early Cas) being very dominant with either Winchester boy.
