People that pass you on the road where there is not enough room and then they are right in front of you way too close and you have to slam on your brakes to avoid hitting them.

Ooh, ooh, likewise, the people who pull out of a parking lot or sidestreet right in front of you, forcing you to hit the brakes (because they're right in front of you or because they're still not up to speed yet), even though the entire rest of the road beyond is empty. WAIT 3 MORE SECONDS, morons.

Honestly, just...bad drivers.

Mine: not using turn signals, and pacing in the left lane. Worse, passing the person in the right lane but refusing to fill in the gap in front of them. What is the point???
