Crazy coworker

Everybody wish me luck. I am going to speak to HR about crazy coworker. He just sent me a big long text about how he's going home (different state) and work has a conspiracy to make him look crazy and if he could store his stuff at my house. He has previously asked this a year ago when he did a similar thing (I said no) and previously asked to stay with me (I also said no).

This is the same coworker who sent the long email about how we are clearly not friends and he will treat me professionally from now on after I refused to write a character reference. And makes inappropriate comments even after I ask him to stop, randomly says donkey at me, makes comments on my looks, outed me at work, always asks if i'm pregnant, eats my food, draws in my colouring in book.

I'm really at the end of my tether. I know he's got issues and I've tried being patient but he stresses me out. I'm talking to HR tomorrow about blocking him from my personal number and removing him from my facebook (I didn't want to add him in the first place, he pressured me into accepting his request). I want it documented that I'm doing it for my sanity, and not a bullying by exclusion POV.

Do yourself a favor and try and keep this to work related things when you talk to HR. Leave out the bit about the coloring book, it makes you sound immature. I know there are coloring books for adults now and it's a trend, but... just leave it out, you'll sound like a tattling kid. You've got plenty of ammo.

No I won't include it, that was just me venting. I was going to basically keep it to him making me super uncomfortable, can I block him from my personal contacts.

For example, he makes a lot of passive aggressive facebook posts about people not caring, are the cause of his issues, that he is ignored from asking simple favours... And he doesn't name names but they are always within a few hours of me saying no or trying to politely shoo him away.

But he doesn't name me so it could be paranoia and coincidental timing. Should I be recording these?
