For me, it was thinking of a F!S topic this morning, and then forgetting it by the time the new thread opened!

A piece of something fell off my laptop today and exposed its innards, and it won't go back on.

My bus got stuck in traffic which made me miss the connection (peak hour is "every 20mins"😩) which is making me late for a session I'm cotraining. Meanwhile my coworker is stuck on a broken train so... Looking like this session might e a flop if one of us isn't there by 10 to stall people from leaving.

It's ok - I have a plan, am moving in with a friend, and am in negotiations with my landlords over a move-out date and termination fee which I have asked them to waive due to the circumstances and I think they will. I'm going to get past this!

The fact that it's raining and I didn't get to go for my second walk today. (I wanted to finish up my first zombies run mission. I failed at turning music on in the app this morning so I wasted time walking but not even playing, and didn't finish before it got too hot.)

Seriously, a simple doctor's appointment ended up consuming half of my day, all because of Critical Bus Failure.

At least the weather was dreary, so matched my mood.

My best friend has been bugging me for years to watch her favorite show, I finally did, didn't like it, and now she's not speaking to me.

I know she's the one being dumb here but I can't help but feel a little sad.

BRA SHOPPING IS THE WORST, UGH. I mean I guess I should be grateful my size is in department stores at all, but it's so frustratingly in-between with a small band and large-ish cup that the selection is always minimal. Tried on I think 17 bras, and only found 3 that were good fits.

And on an entirely unrelated note, ENTITLED CUBS FANS ARE THE FUCKING WORST. I'm choking on the overexposure and am rooting for just about fucking everyone else except the Rangers and Red Sox.

Admittedly I haven't owned a sports bra in years-- the days when I was wearing the wrong size-- but I hated the ones I had then. Wireless is generally too flimsy for me, and the super-stretchy straps dug into my shoulders something awful. I already have shoulder problems, so that was not fun.

My laptop's not charging. I've got in touch with Dell, got my shipping box, I'll drop it off at FedEx before work tomorrow, but it will be DAYS AND DAYS without my laptop. (I've got the family desktop for writing and my tablet for playing games, but neither of them does ALL the things I want them to.
