OK, so I did a quick check on Goodreads. We're talking about The Beekeeper's Apprentice + sequels, yes? LOL, a 4.08 rating for a synopsis that sounds like straight-up garbage.

Most of the other elements are quite well done. But if I'd known, I'd never have started the series. (I read about six of hte stories before finally walking away; there are some merits, if you can ignore the flaws. If.)
