I was cooking a caramel popcorn at work and when I tried to dump one of the ingredients in, it wouldn't come out of the bowl. So I took the paddle I'd been stirring with to try and poke it out ... and completely missed and poked my hand instead. With caramel at about 270F. HUGE second degree burn and blister that popped instantly and didn't stop oozing for three days.
