Everyone keeps making fun of Trump turning his Hs into Ys: "It's YUUUGE! Really YUUUGE!"

The only person I've seen do that on TV is Martin Sheen. Maybe that's what OP meant?

I've never noticed it, but I'll take your word for it. Doesn't change the fact that nothing else about how Bartlett speaks is reminiscent of Trump, though. Their syntax and vocabulary level are completely different, and so's their delivery.

Weird, the only H to Y accent I know is my New Orleans family. ("Oh, they're going to Youston.") How did it get from NYC to NO???
