You can either choose to have social media and deal with the assholes, or you can choose not to. Why is this so hard to grasp? You can't have it both ways, because there will always be assholes. Except you're the one missing the point.

Sites banning the assholes harassing others would be better than ~protect yourselves~ by not using social media sites. Doing something against them should be the normal thing instead of your "deal with it or leave".
