Yeah, that might've worked even better with where they were going with Usagi's character arc, in retrospect.

But it's a kid's show, OP. All the good guys always live.

So you missed the entire point of the story of Usagi, then. It's literally about the miracles she pulls off because of her deep, endless love for everything.

Late as hell - didn't think anyone would post.

I know that's Usagi's core. I just think it would've been a stronger story if she learned love and wanting couldn't save everything. The Saturn stuff would be, in part, her turning point, her own revolution, her own rebirth.
