I really liked Hotch and it will be sad not to see the character. However, if they do bring back Prentiss, that would be awesome!

As for Thomas Gibson I'm glad they fired him. As OP stated, you can't be physically aggressive in any workplace and not get fired.It is absolutely unacceptable.

Completely agreed on all of this :). I hope the show can handle this as smoothly as possible and the cast will be able to move on and continue to do the show as best they can. They deserve to keep their focus on their own jobs and lives.
