lol I'm not worrisome at all. I like the game enough to maybe even go back and save them all instead. But first they all must DIE! >:3

I've never actually seen the 'kill' scene, cause I made my friend save them all. I get...attached to games, occasionally.

yeah my friend hadn't either, though he sat there and let me choose. The creators of the game made it pretty tough to choose that first time cause you frighten the little sister off to a corner, which she then cowers and whimpers in defenselessly (while subsequent times they follow their big daddy's corpse). It was pretty terrible I gotta admit. I felt bad for a few moments there but i just had to kill them all to see my friend's reaction haha. I've read that if you kill most but save one or a few, you get a not so bad ending, but if you kill them all you get the real bad ending. I'm going to continue to kill them all just to see. >:)

I don't think that's right, I've only heard that you get the good ending if you save them all, but the bad ending if you kill any.

Well I read they are both bad, but different bad endings. Something about either becoming a big daddy yourself or trying to start a splicer army (whereas the good one is taking all the little sisters to safety?). I dunno, I didn't go around looking to spoil myself it just sort of happened as I was reading over a site about whether it's better to save or kill the little sisters (apparently it's good short term to kill, but better long term to save), so I havent really gone out of my way to confirm any of this. ;)

I have no idea how it works if you kill them, as a later significant plot point revolves around them liking you and they wouldn't do that if you killed them.
