I stopped watching the show, but I mostly remember disliking the leads and liking the side characters. This has nothing to do with your secret, but I find it interesting that ended up being the Juggernaut ship.

Eh, I ship Renard/Juliette and Nick/Juliette. Try finding fic for that after the hack job the writers did on Jules' character!

I always saw Nick & Monroe as platonic besties. After a bit, I started low-key shipping Nick/Renard. Never looked up fic for it (I dropped the show a while ago. Keep meaning to pick it back up, but haven't gotten around to it), but I would have though more people would ship/fic them.

I thought I might like Nick/Munroe when I started watching this show(as I'd heard about it beforehand) but I ended up liking Nick/Juliette just fine and wasn't fussed enough to go hunting for fic anyway.

But it can definitely be dissapointing when you happen to not jive with the rest of the fandom when it comes to ships.

Yeah, strangely enough Nick/Juliette and Monroe/Rosalie are my only ships for Grimm. But maaaaaaan, the hate Juliette got in seasons 1 and 2...

Yeah as far as the canon ships went I was a-okay with them for this show(normally I have at least one non-canon pair in a fandom, but not this time), and Munroe/Rosalie is adorable as fuck.

I've never poked into the fandom though so I have no idea what it was like though I think I got wind of general 'Juliette is boring/awful' opinions that were vaguely in my head when I began watching but I didn't get them since I really liked her(probably my fave character tbh).

I stopped watching with the whole Adalind bullshit. I adored Nick/Monroe and I was okay with Nick/Juliette but all the fic these days seems to be Nick/Adalind and Nick/Renard actually.
