For me: I saw a really sweet reply to a comment of mine from last night's GC and it made me smile after a crappy day

I went to the mall. Was going to go to the movies, but didn't. I found a little nerdy store, though, and bought a Warcraft poster and a Captain America key chain. Also went into Clair's and bought some earrings. Had a nice lunch at Denny's.

I actually got my AA diploma from my college. They just pushed everyone to the current standards so I didn't need a language credit.

The pathologist I have been working with for the past couple of weeks goes to get coffee shortly after arriving and has started buying me pieces of fruit while she's out. I'm not sure why she started doing it, but it is very sweet!

A new kid in my neighbourhood fell off his bike and scraped his leg. One girl ran to get his sister to get their mum and all the other kids rallied around him and helped him limp home once he felt like he could stand. Even the littlest kids who are only 4 were in the group and they were literally cheering him on. It was the sweetest thing.

I had to go over to the undergrad library and a very preppy freshman told me she liked my outfit.

My coworker saw that I was almost in tears of frustration and came over to ask if there was anything she could do do help. There mostly wasn't, but just the offer made me feel a lot better.

My mom gave me some chocolate that she had gotten for her birthday.

I'm 8 million years late to this thread, but I had breakfast with one of my best friends who lives farther south in the state & happened to be visiting. I think was the first time we were able to get together in person since Spring 2015.
