A few months ago I sent an anon ask to a tumblr that I follow. It took me a lot of time to get the ask not to exceed the word count while still sounding right, because it was kind of a delicate question. The info on the tumblr about asks made it sound like the blogger answers every question they get, which is why I thought it was worth putting the time into writing it. It's been months and they haven't answered me yet, despite being very active with other questions and posts. I'm really bitter about that.

It's worth noting that asks sometimes just plain disappear in Tumblr. That site is buggy as an anthill.
