Depends on the username? I'm not actively disconnecting them but I've changed platforms and usernames a lot so unless someone has managed to follow me across each (and there's a couple of decade old followers) I'm not sure how easy it is.

I did have someone track me down once over a picture to discuss if they could sell products with it. Appreciated that.

I do have completely disconnected accounts. Like if someone linked me to my redbubble id be surprised.
