My goal in life is to try as many different meats as possible (so long as it's legal and as humanely raised/slaughtered as possible). Including things like guinea pigs and dogs and horses. Cats might be tough for me, because I'm definitely a cat person, but you never know. Might try it if I had the chance. I guess the line between 'pet animal' and 'food animal' has just never been a very solid one for me. Individual animals can be pets vs strictly food source, and I'd never eat someone's pet, but a species as a whole I don't place in one category or another.
