All I can say is that I am so glad that I stopped caring about it like 8 years ago, because this ending is so hilariously terrible. Like is it even possible for RenRuki to even have kids? Aren't they dead?

But I've been dipping in and out of the tags over the last several hours and watching the fandom go into meltdown.

I haven't been a fan for years either, but I used to RP in the fandom, and at one point had to find and confirm a place in the manga where it states that Shinigami can in fact have children. I don't remember where that place is anymore, but yes, it at least is canon.

Although I doubt Kubo really thought about that in writing the ending.

I was going to question it more but then I remembered that the people in SS still age and die and can get sick... I'm just going to stop thinking about it. It's for the best.
